eClaim Form Place of Service Updates

The Part B eClaim form on eServices has been updated for Place of Services for Telehealth services.

• Place of Service code 02 description was updated to, “Telehealth Provided Other than in Patient’s Home”
• Place of Service code, 10 was added with the description of “Telehealth Provided in Patient’s Home”

New eCheck Option for Part B providers
Part B providers that are returning payment money to Palmetto GBA using the eCheck form have a new option. If you don’t have an Overpayment Demand Letter requesting the refund but are returning money for a specific claim, you can indicate more details indicating for which line(s) on the claim you are returning the money. Users can indicate the money is being return for only specific lines on the claim or for the entire claim. 

Accountable Care Organization (ACO) Models
Starting January 2, 2024, eServices will display information on the ACO models for Part A, Part B and HHH providers that are participating in an Accountable Care Organization. A new menu tab, “ACO”, will display to provider account administrators. Administrators can then add the permission to view the data to other users.
